MINUTES OF A WORK SESSION
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
JUNE 15, 2006

The City Council of the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas held a work session at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2006, at City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas.

Present:           Mayor                          Steve Reichek
                        Mayor Pro Tem           Peggy Burck
                        Council Members:       Art Casper
                                                            George Shannon
                        City Secretary:            Deborah Loesch

A work session was held to discuss items that may be considered at the council meeting on June 20, 2006 or any future meetings.  The following items were discussed and no formal action was taken.

1. Alternative web site host.
2. Debris management removal contract.
3. CenterPoint Energy’s proposed franchise agreement and rate case settlement terms.
4. Public works projects:
1. Memorial Drive Phase III and Phase IV drainage and paving construction projects from Kuhlman to Lindenwood.
2. Design specifications for drainage and paving improvements for Three Corners Drive.  Comments were received from the public from:  Travis Hanson, Russell Holder, Brad Conrad, Patti Harris, Winnie Ngan, Mike Davidson, Les Coolidge, Cecil Rives, and Greg Myer. 
3. Pifer Road construction update.
4. Reconnection of drainage system at Bryn Mawr and Memorial Drive.
5. Additional amendments to the sign regulations as applicable to commercial properties.
6. Reconsider the use of electronic formats for council agenda packets.

 
The work session concluded at 9:23 p.m.
