MINUTES OF A WORKSHOP
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MARCH 14, 2006
The City Council of the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas convened in a workshop session at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas.

City Secretary: Deborah Loesch
With a quorum of the Council Members present, Mayor Reichek called the workshop to order at 5:05 p.m. It was noted also in attendance were Bobby Deden, City Engineer and Doug Williams, Consultant to the City Council.
The workshop was held to discuss items of interest that may need to be considered on a future council agenda. There was discussion only and no formal action was taken. The following items were discussed:
1. Presentation from Laurie Payton with Spring Branch ISD Tax Assessor Collector’s office regarding a proposal for handling the City’s collection of property taxes for tax year 2006. The City Secretary will prepare a comparison spreadsheet of the different proposals for further discussion at the next meeting.
2. Discussion of items to consider on the regular and consent agendas:
a. Revising the permitting process, permit fee schedule and consider outsourcing plan review services.
b. Relocating the Metro bus shelter on Memorial Drive.
c. Revising the subdivision regulations relating to preliminary and final plats.
3. Update drainage and engineering projects on Pifer Road, Memorial Drive Phase III, Camelot/Country Lane, Piney Point Village’s Soldier’s Creek project; and the design for a bridge Memorial Drive at Soldier’s Creek.
The workshop concluded at 6:25 p.m.
