MINUTES OF A SPECIAL

 CITY COUNCIL MEETING

JANUARY 27, 2006 

The City Council of the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas convened in special session at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 27, 2006, at City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas. 

Present:         Mayor                         Steve Reichek

                        Mayor Pro Tem         George Shannon

                        Council Members:   Michael Cokinos

Peggy Burck

                                                            Art Casper

                                                            Roger Stark

City Secretary:          Deborah Loesch                                                                       

With a quorum of the Council Members present, Mayor Reichek called the session to order at 8:30 a.m.  

Discussion and possible action to consider approval of Resolution No. 06-02 authorizing the Mayor and City Secretary to execute and attest, respectively, an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas, and Harris County Flood Control District relating to the Memorial Drive Phase 3 Drainage Improvement Project.

            A motion was made by Councilmember Casper with a second by Councilmember Stark to approve Resolution No. 06-02.  The motion carried unanimously with Council voting five (5) for and none (0) opposed.

ADJOURN OPEN MEETING

A motion was made by Councilmember Burck with a second by Councilmember Stark to adjourn the meeting.  The motion carried unanimously.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 a.m.
