MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING – JUNE 9 2005 

The Council of the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas, met in special session on June 9, 2005 at the city office with the following members present:

Mayor Stephen Reichek

Council Members:

                                George Shannon                    

                                Roger Stark

                                Peggy Burck

                                Michael Cokinos

Mayor Reichek called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. 

The bids on the Pifer Road Project came in considerably higher than expected.  The Mayor assured the Council that the money was available to pay for the project.  There will be no landscaping other than full sod and no sidewalks in accordance with the majority of the citizen’s wishes.  Councilman Shannon moved to accept the bid from C. E. Barker, Ltd., the low bidder for the construction of Pifer Road Drainage Improvements Project.  Councilman Stark seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 

There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
