PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AGENDA

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village will meet in regular session Monday, September 25, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, to consider the following items.

Call the meeting to order and the roll of appointed officers will be taken.

1.         Discussion and possible action to consider approval of the Minutes of the August 28, 2006 meeting.

2.         (a)        Presentation, discussion and possible action on a proposal to amend Sub-Section 7-7 f. (3) and (4) of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances regarding the sign area for lots abutting IH-10. 

            (b)        A Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the proposed amendment described in Item 2(a) above.

(c)        Discussion and possible action to adopt a final report and approve a recommendation to City Council on the adoption of an ordinance amending Sub-Section 7-7 f. (3) and (4) of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances regarding the sign area for lots abutting IH-10.   

3.         (a)        Presentation, discussion and possible action on a proposal to amend Sub-Section 6-1 (Use Regulations) regarding home occupations and to adopt a preliminary report.

            (b)        A Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the proposed amendment described in Item 3(a) above.

            (c)        Discussion and possible action to adopt a final report and approve a recommendation to City Council on the adoption of an ordinance amending Sub-Section 6-1, (Use Regulations) regarding home occupations.
