PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AGENDA

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village will meet in regular session Monday, July 24, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, to consider the following items.

Call the meeting to order and the roll of appointed officers will be taken.

1.         Discussion and possible action to consider approval of the Minutes of the June 26, 2006 meeting.

2.                  a.         Presentation and discussion of proposed changes to notice and hearing requirements for amendments to zoning district classifications, boundaries and regulations in Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances.

b.                  Public hearing for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the proposed changes to notice and hearing requirements for amendments to zoning district classifications, boundaries and regulations in Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances.

c.                   Discussion and possible action to consider adoption of a final report and recommendation to City Council on the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances relating to notice and hearing requirements for amendments to zoning district classifications, boundaries and regulations.

3.         Presentation and discussion of proposed changes to Section 6 (District R Single-Family Residential District) Sub-Section 6-1 (Use Regulations) of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances relating to home occupations and action to consider adoption of a preliminary report regarding proposed amendments and set a date for a public hearing.
