PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AGENDA 

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village will meet in regular session Monday, June 26, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, to consider the following items.

Call the meeting to order and the roll of appointed officers will be taken. 

1.         Discussion and possible action to consider approval of the Minutes of the March 27, 2006 meeting. 

2.                  Discussion and possible action to consider electing a chairman and vice chairman. 

3.                  Presentation and discussion of a review of the City’s zoning ordinance regarding amending Sub-Section 7-7, Limitation on Signs, in its entirety, and possible action to adopt a preliminary report regarding proposed amendments and set a date for a public hearing. 

4.                  Presentation and discussion of proposed changes to notice and hearing requirements for amendments to zoning district classifications, boundaries and regulations in Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances and possible action to adopt a preliminary report regarding proposed amendments and set a date for a public hearing.
