WORKSHOP SESSION AGENDA

 

Notice is hereby given of a workshop session of the City Council of Hunters Creek Village, Texas, to be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall at #1 Hunters Creek Place, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.


Call to order and announce a quorum is present. 

A workshop session will be held to discuss the following items that will be considered at the regular meeting on March 21, 2006.  The meeting will be for discussion purposes only and no formal action will be taken. 

1.                  Presentation from Spring Branch ISD Tax Assessor Collector’s office regarding a proposal for handling the City’s collection of property taxes for tax year 2006. 

2.                  Items to consider on the regular and consent agendas:

a.                  Doug Williams role to council as assistant to mayor and council;

b.                  Building permit department – revising the permitting process, permit fee schedule, and consider contracting for plan review services;

c.                  Drainage & engineering projects:

(i)         Pifer Road project;

  (ii)        Memorial Drive Phase III project;

(iii)             Camelot/Country Lane drainage project;

(iv)             Piney Point Village’s Soldier’s Creek project;

(v)               Design of bridge on Memorial at Soldier’s Creek;

d.         Location of Metro bus shelter on Memorial Drive; and

e.         Revising subdivision and zoning regulations.
