SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA

Notice is hereby given of the regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of Hunters Creek Village, Texas, to be held on Monday, Feburary 27, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall at #1 Hunters Creek Place, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

The above referenced agenda will be amended to include the following agenda item: 

EXECUTIVE SESSION.  A Closed Meeting may be held pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in Section 551.071, to consult with the City Attorney.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that this Notice of a Meeting was posted on the bulletin board at City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted on the following date and time: February 23, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. and remained so posted until at least 2 hours before said meeting was convened.
