PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
AGENDA
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village will meet in regular session Monday, January 23, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, to consider the following items.
Call the meeting to order and the roll of appointed officers will be taken.
1. Discussion with possible action to consider approval of the minutes of the November 28, 2005 and January 9, 2006 meetings.
2. (a) Presentation and discussion of the proposed final re-plat for 10656 Memorial Drive, Lot 10, Block 1, Wellesley Addition, to create two (2) single-family residential lots.
(b) Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the approval of the final re-plat described in Item 2(a) above.
(c) Discussion and possible action to grant approval of the final re-plat for 10656 Memorial Drive, Lot 10, Block 1, Wellesley Addition, to create two single-family residential lots.
3. (a) Presentation and discussion of the proposed preliminary re-plat for Exquisite Estate Subdivision, Lot 7 of the C.J. Voss 72-acre tract, being further identified as 615 Voss Road, to create two (2) single-family residential lots.
(b) Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the approval of the preliminary re-plat described in Item 3(a) above.
(c) Discussion and possible action to grant approval of the preliminary re-plat for Exquisite Estate Subdivision, Lot 7 of the C. J. Voss 72-acre tract, being further identified as 615 Voss Road, to create two (2) single-family residential lots.
4. Presentation and discussion of proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance regarding:
(a) Amending Sub-Section 7-7 c and f, Limitation on Signs, regarding allowing electronic messages and increasing the square footage allowed on double-sided signs;
(b) Amending Section 19.1, the definition of accessory structures;
(c) Deleting Sub-Section 6-4 a(4)(b) allowing for one lot in a new subdivision to be less than 22,500 square feet in area but no less than 20,000 square feet in area; and
(d) Revising Sub-Section 6-7 b to remove the term setback in the text on fences and walls.
