SPECIAL MEETING

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AGENDA 

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village will meet in special session Monday, January 9, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, #1 Hunters Creek Place, to consider the following items.

Call the meeting to order and the roll of appointed officers will be taken. 

Deferred from the meeting on November 28, 2005, the Planning and Zoning Commission will continue the public hearing and discussion with possible action concerning the following: 

            a.         Presentation and discussion of the proposed final re-plat for the Lots 40, 41, and 42, Block 3 Memorial Drive Manor, being further identified as 402 and 412 Lindenwood.

b.                  Continuation of the Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving testimony for and against the approval of the final re-plat described in (a) above.

c.                  Discussion and possible action to grant approval of the final re-plat for Lots 40, 41, and 42, Block 3 Memorial Drive Manor, being further identified as 402 and 412 Lindenwood.

Adjourn Open Meeting.
